Thoughts on arrow spine selection bow is 53lbs @ 28 inches and im pretty sure when I measured my draw it was 27 inches.

Id like to shoot a 125 grain head with 100 grain brass insert thoughts? Comments ? On arrow length or place to start? Thanks

Depending on the design of your bow, how fast it is, and how far or close the shelf is cut to centre, you'll likely need a 400 spine, or potentially a 350 spine.

I had a setup once that was a Widow PCH pulling just over 50# at around 27in and the 400s with a 100gn brass insert and 125gn broadhead ended up having to be cut to about 27.5in carbon to carbon. I'm a bit sketchy on the details as it was a little while ago and I never had a bow scale to appropriately measure, and I wasn't as good at shooting back then so my release may not have been as consistent as I would have liked. In any case, 400s will be a decent place to start.
