Finally found some bullets after a craigslister dropped me.. 7mm RM and plan to hunt deer and maybe larger down the road.

Have Vihtavourt n160 powder and cci 250 large primer primers-

Will these fit the bill?

Hornady does not list that powder in their manual for 7rm with a 150ish grain. They list N165 and N560 for that class bullet.

The short answer is yes, that combination will work. It won't quite get the top speeds the 7mmRM is capable of, but is close enough. You may find the ELD-X a bit explosive on deer, so keep your shots behind the shoulder.
