Arca rail into flush cup?

Hey all, Is there such a thing as an arca rail that mounts into an existing flush cup? I'm looking at adding a rail to my seekins element and wondered if this was doable?

I almost think I'm going down the wrong track here and would just be better off mounting a short arca rail to the stock separately? I'm using a leofoto 224c tripod for glassing and would like to have the option to attach the rifle.

In case anyone else is wondering, just get the mini rail from SRS. Takes all of 2 minutes to drill 2 hole and mount it up.
