Anyone used Tubb DTAC .338 with nosering?

I had never heard of the nosering'd DTAC until Ryan's 6UM thread. Seeing the results of the 6mm nosering made me curious about what DTAC bullets were on offer. I did some searching and found that a 299gn 338 DTAC is available. I am thinking about trying some in my 338 edge, but just thought I would ask on the off chance that someone has already tried these on game.

The 285gr ELD-M is probably a better overall game bullet.

The reason that the 115gr DTAC is being used in the 6mm’s is because there isn’t a comparable tipped bullet.
