Great little tents. Used one a couple of years back on a week long high country hunt. Not freestanding, but was guyed out and easily withstood heavy winds and rain (two straight days worth).
Tight space wise, but breathes well, and like all MH is well made. A solid little "value for the dollar versus weight versus room" tent.
Throw a chunk of tyvek underneath, unless the MH footprint has come down in price.

On their site the footprint is like $45, I haven't shopped around yet anywhere else but I'll do some looking...I bought mine from a guy but it's new and never been used and I bought it with some other stuff and got it cheap, less than $100 in the tent and it's never been outside so I can't complain...I knew it was small but I wanted light weight and solid build and I think it'll fit the bill for what I want...I don't plan on spending much, if any, time in it when I'm not sleeping anyway and I can pretty much sleep anywhere....Sleeping is my favorite hobby, lol.
