Anyone here good with Photo Shop?

My brother’s birthday is coming up. I’d like to give him a framed photo, but it will take some creative work to accomplish what I envision. Incidentally we each have a remarkably similar picture of our respective families on hunting trips. I want to merge these two pics into one image and then have some text transposed across the top of the combined image. Willing to pay for time, I just don’t know where to go to get this done professionally. Any help is appreciated.
