Any Turkey hunters carry a blind in your 44 mag or Hoodlum, etc?

I have a Stryker thanks to a lot of great input from you folks on this site so thanks! It's almost perfect but I need just a bit more space, it seems i'm always carrying a bunch of stuff. I tpically day hunt and want to use my 26" frame. The only odd size thing I ever carry really is a DoubleBull. If I add a Hoodlum or 44 mag to my pack inventory can I still shove a blind in there and cinch it down? Open to any ideas or suggestions.

I have carried a barronet pentagon on the bottom of a 44mag. As long as I was just walking through ag fields it's no problem as it sticks pretty far out. If I were trying to sneak through the woods I would imagine that being pretty loud. This allows me to carry decoys, blind chair etc in the bag. I tried to like the feel of it in the bag but couldn't get that where I wanted it.

I had a 44 mag for a bit and did a mock turkey hunt pack up. I had a doublebull inside the bag along with 2 folding chairs. I used an extra compression strap around the bag and then through both top grab handles on the bag. My 2 decoys where held by a grab it and another extra compression strap. It was a little tall but would have worked fine had I still owned the bag. The 44 just didn't compress down enough for me for dayhunts and that's 99% of my hunting.

if you are mostly day hunting, consider the Woodsman or 22 Mag pack.

I have a Reckoning, used on multi day/nights trip. Bought a 22Mag 2nd Gen for my daypack use. Both used on my 26" Kifaru frame. The Reckoning packed down ok for day pack use but just didn't like the bulky feel....so I have both packs, different use scenarios.
