Any taller guys running Kuiu Icon?

Picked up one of the Kuiu Icon 1850 packs the other day - no frame, suspension only - for now anyway. Question is I'm not sure I can adjust it big enough but thought with frame might be closer. I'm 6'3", and torso 24-25". After reviewing Kuiu write up on the frame, looks like it is 21-22" max torso length.
Anybody with any suggestions or is my best solution to return it and go with a different pack system?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

By the way, I was also planning on adding a bigger bag for longer trips.
I like the Kuiu system, just don't know if its the right fit (literally)for me.

With a 24"-25" torso your going to need a different pack for proper fit. Maybe talk to Kifaru, or McHale about a custom size.

Kifaru will probably make you one.

Daveinjax had the same problem and they made him a pack with 28" stays!

Ok great. I know there are a lot of Kifaru fans on here, I just liked the looks and arrangements on the Kuiu bags better. Was reading another "big guys" thread and almost all of it suggested Kifaru.

Tight suspension on shoulders and chest are also a little awkward. Might just quit fighting it and talk to Kifaru.

Maybe I'm measuring wrong. C7 vertebrae to top of hip plane.

32-33 inseam. Generally 32 though. I'm not a huge guy or too out of proportion so must be measuring wrong.
Went by videos by both Kuiu and ULA for pack fit.

TR, I am a short arse and couldn't get the Icon suspension to go quiet short enough, I think for yourself once you get your measuring sorted, good chance the frame will fit you.

Definitely watch the first one. Female model is quite.....er, um, attractive! Seems to be the same method. Course these are the ones that I used to apparently find an errant measurement.
