i have most of the parts for a DIY drawboard, but that EZ press seems to push all the right buttons for me..especially the fact that since it attaches to the actual press, i will save a lot of space in my tight garage.

anyone using it? it seems really cool. i would be attaching this to my GREEN press.

Their draw board just plain sucks. We had nothing but problems with them from day one. We switched to the Archery Designz and it's a better product for less money and better service as well.

I love the design, fitting into the press and saving space. But like these guys said, the actual LCA drawboard isn't awesome. On mine, when you get towards full draw, you can feel the rope they use stacking up inside the mechanism and then falling off itself and jumping. It works, just nerve wracking. I'm thinking of getting one of the AD models and unloading my LCA on AT.

But yes, I went with the model that fits on my EZ for the sake of space and it's all in one spot, vs making my own with a boat winch and 2x4.

I like mine, But I don't use it all that much. It is out the way and there when you need it.

I have the archery dezign on my press. I don't like it at all but it looks like his design may have changed slightly. The locking mechanism isn't solid at all on mine to the point when I draw it with the winch I also hold on to the strap. And when ratcheting about half the of line in the teeth don't lock so I extend the press to finish the draw cycle. I bought mine last year about this time. I emailed them about it but never heard anything.

Here's a picture of mine, my version has a cheap bendable piece of plastic for the "lock" but doesn't work.

Hmmm, yeah it looks like they've changed a bit, but I sent them an email last week and haven't heard back. The dude from LCA has replied to me a couple of times in the past, same-day. I'd like to see one in person.

I don't know the guy but have seen him post a couple times on AT. He just builds these in his spare time, when he has time. Probably why you haven't heard back from him. It is a side deal for him.

Had the draw cord break internally right where it goes inside the crank on the LCA. This happened while my bow was in it at full draw, I dont trust that thing as far as I could throw it at this point, when I contacted them they told me to tie a new knot in the cord where it attaches inside the mechanism. I just discovered the archery dezign version last week and am looking into getting one of those now. I think it looks much more reliable.

What's the wait time to get one? I still haven't heard back on my email. I hate to order one and then wait until he gets around to making some.

Hello Guys
My name is Kris. I'm the owner of ArcheryDezign. Once in a while I do online research if there is any customers posting reviews about my product. And I come across this thread.
User "mk_V" yes this is my first design. It wasn't perfect but it all started when one guy posted the winch I made for him on another forum. A lot and I mean a lot of guys asked me to make one for them fast so that is why that design is not as good as the new one. As you guys can see I adapted a safety lock which prevents handle from spinning like crazy. And I think this is a good design since Last Chance Archery copied my system and adapt it to theirs draw board. If you guys have any question do not hesitate to send me a message or just simply ask here.
Thank You
Kris
