Anyone using this tripod

Leofoto SO-282CMX

I have had my kid shooting off a cheap no name brand tripod with just a yolk and he just can't get steady enough.

Looking to upgrade mainly for him but I am sure I will use it some.

Main use will be shooting.
Think I will use a two vets head with it. Sitting and kneeling mostly

Leofoto SO-282CMX

Thanks

It is the best value for a shooting tripod. I run the full version and ran the prior version. My buddies bought the old versions from me cause they loved it. I shoot and glass with it all the time.

The inverted legs are awesome for quickness, ease, and the locking mechanism staying clean. The locks are never out of reach.

I can set up and shoot as stable as prone, with some techniques. My buddy in the photo is 6’4”. I am 6’2” and can glass off the tall version no problem.

I recommend Leofoto’s MH handle head for shooting, and it has a very usable tension setting for glassing.

My set up is very light, especially when you consider that it replaces a glassing tripod and bipod. Other guys with “lightweight tripods” still carry more rifle related gear if they have a bipod.
