Between a timely sale and some gift cards burning a hole in my pocket, I find myself the owner of a T3x Superlite in 6.5 CM and in the hunt for a scope for it. Use will be for aoudad, whitetail and hogs out to ~600 yards, and trying to keep the scope price under the $1k mark. Not an ounce counter like some on here, but if possible I'd like to avoid throwing a boat anchor on top.

Initial thought was to pick up one of the demo 4-16x Zeiss V4s from Redhawk for $700 and be done with it, but I figured asking the hive mind here to make sure I'm not overlooking something was a good idea.

How about either a Meopta Meostar 1.7-10x42 (we have on sale for $1,049.99) or a Swarovski 2.4-15x50 Z5?

Would like a little higher top end magnification than that Meostar, however the Z5 is interesting. A bit past what I wanted to spend, but I've used Z3s before and was definitely a fan.

If you have a moment please give me a call, 516-217-1000, to discuss it
