Guides are warmer/thicker. Chinooks are in between and have knee pads. Attacks thinnest/coolest out of the three. Guides are really only for late season/cold temperatures. The other two are pretty versatile. You can wear them into the late season and early(ish) season. Although the Chinook might be a little more mid season to late season. A little warm for early season imo, depending on where you're at.

Agree with above post. I've got Attacks and Guides and I find myself using the Attacks a 99% of the time so far due to the weather. (warm)

I haven't used the guides in the field yet they just seem like they would be to thick for hiking when I'm in CO. No experience with the Chinooks

If you go with the light weight ones you can always put a set of thermals on underneath of them.

Agree guide pants too warm most of the time. I would buy them for my general winter pants if they had solid colors.

Guide jacket is nice but the chinook is more worthy to pack in since its lighter, no hood. Guide jacket great for general purpose or day hunts.
