WTS Amend2 6.5 PRC AICS magazine

Brand New, Never used. Thought I could mod it to fit a WSM case but it s strictly for 6.5PRC. Might be able to use with a Sherman SST or a shorter magnum, 6UL or SAUM. These sell for 32.99 on their website before taxes and shipping. I'll let it go for 30 Shipped.

Why did a WSM not work?

Also, what's max OAL in one of those - Amend2 just says "SAAMI spec", so presumably 2.96-ish or similar?

The WSM case is longer to the shoulder and this Mag chokes down internally causing the brass to hang up on the WSM. The 6.5 PRC is shorter to the shoulder. Also the WSM is .540 inches wide at the shoulder and the 6.5 PRC is about .516. The length on this will handle out to about 2.950" . I am pretty sure it was mostly designed to run factory ammo. I think most 6.5 PRC will work in a WSM magazine but not the other way around. I wish someone made a WSM AICS mag out of polymer, the metal ones are noisy .
