Alternative options for Sitka Jetstream (Women's)?

My wife has a Sitka Jetstream Women's Jacket. She loves the jacket but it only comes in their sub-alpine color. She would prefer a solid color so she can wear the jacket 365 days a year.

1. Can anyone recommend another brand that is comparable in performance to the Sitka Women's Jetstream that is available in solids colors?

2. She looked at KUIU Guide DCS jacket, if she buoht that in a men's small, might it fit her? The Sitka jacket seems to be tailored to a women's form
