This is supposed to be released soon, fits the factory tikka bottom metal inlet with just minimal relief to the inside of the magwell of the stock.Have a few extra tikka stocks and considering messing with setting one up to use an AICS bottom metal and mags.
Is this at all a DIY project at home or am I just wasting my time?

Waters Rifleman also has an AICS bottom metal. The stock inlet works, you just file the actual mag well to open it up. So none of the required modification is seen from the outside. The only possible issue I could foresee for switching back and forth is if a factory mag would tilt to the side when being inserted? Other than that, it recesses up into the receiver once fully seated, so I think it’d be fine.Once I modify something for an aics bottom metal can I still use the original tikka bottom plastic and mag? Or is it only aics compatible once I open up the Magwell? If I can go back and forth I’d mess with my rokstock to…
