I was getting ready to go on a trip recently and realized my sidearm's holster (designed to fit on 2" belt) was not compatible with the PALS webbing on my newer Kifaru frame belt as it was with the single strap on my G1. After a quick search on Rokslide I saw a device called a Blackhawk S.T.R.I.K.E. platform and ordered one via Amazon for $17 (same day deliver - sweet!). I cut one of the "legs" off flush with the body (the one towards the back for a RH shooter), slid the holster onto it, and attached it to the belt's PALS webbing - and it worked really, really well for a week of breaking brush and hiking hills.

Hopefully this helps someone else who finds them in the same position I was in.

That looks like a really interesting option to mount a serpa holster to pals webbing, let us know how it ends up working.

I won't be using it again for 2 years at a minimum, but it worked fine for the week I used it.

Ryan Avery has been using it with a Serpa holder on a Kifaru with good results.

I do similar but attach it to a hip belt with a side pouch on both sides so I have redundancy of emerg/fire/kill kit and water, also fluffing tape and flash lite. So my holster sits at the back of the belt but still in ranch of a quick grab

I saw something on eBay that looks slick, not too bad to make either.

I tried this last year but it wasn' t snug enough in my opinion. Revolver was flopping too much I replaced the 3 bar end pieces with malice clips. It was a bugger to get it on but was very solid. For reference, the gun was a Ruger Alaskan in a Blackhawk holster.
