I know there a lot of these style workouts out there. But here’s one I did today
1 Thruster @ 135/95
2 Hang Cleans @ 135/95
3 Deadlifts @ 135/95
4 Burpees
5 Knees to Elbows or Revers crunches
6 Box Jumps
7 Hand Release Push Ups
8 Reverse Lunge
9 KB Swings 53/35
10 GHD sit ups or Weighted Sit ups
11 Wall Ball
12 Cal Echo Bike or any other cardio machine.
For those who haven’t done this style of workout. You start at 1 each round just like the song 12 days of Christmas.
