Sendero or Sendero lite for a 22 or 24 inch barrel?

Want to shoot 175 grain bullets.

Will one be more finicky than the other when it comes to load development?

Barrel length should make no difference. Longer barrels usually generate more velocity. Generally for every inch of barrel length you gain 20-25 fps.

I have a 26” Sendero Lite in a 7mm REM Mag that is great.

I just started a build for a 7 PRC and chose a 22” Sendero, as I plan to run it suppressed. I feel like I could have gone with a Sendero Lite at 22” but the slightly heavier Sendero just appealed to me in this setup. Without the suppressor, I would have chosen the lite.

you guys talking carbon six i assume, as proof just has the sendero option? so the lite is just going to be a little thinner, so less weight but a little quicker to heat up, is that right?

If I was doing a 7 PRC it would probably be in a 22" but 24" would squeeze out a little more velocity. Sendero vs Sendero lite, won't make a difference for load development. Something to think about though, a Sendero lite is around .83" at 22" the Sendero is .94". Unless you are buying a brake and having it turned down / blended to the barrel, most brakes are at least 1 inch wide. The APA, Area 419, SRS etc are all 1.0-1.1 inch. Some care more than others about the brake width vs barrel width. A Sendero will have a more streamlined look at the end of the barrel with most aftermarket brakes.
