Randy Newberg did a great job despite the fact that 60 min historically has been very biased and lacking journalistic integrity and have always had a very anti hunting and anti gun bias. Amazed that people think 60 min does does a good and unbiased job

My feel for Randy is that he wouldn't have been happy unless it would have been rebranded as 120 Minutes and they showed only his 2 hour interview. Kidding aside, he is one of the best spokesmen for hunting and public lands we have. Keep up the good work Randy, just please quit pimping out eastern MT!

I stopped watching it in the 80s, because it was typically very liberal and biased.

I caught it while he was talking to the Park Ranger who said "The wolves eat Elk, and the Elk eat the grass. With less Elk there is more grass here for the other animals". I'm sure I missed the important part, but I changed the channel at that point. Sorry I didn't wait to hear Randy speak. I respect him and his opinion.

As a biologist, I think they did a pretty good job on the piece. I wish they would have included more from Randy. I'm glad that they weren't more biased and excluded him.

I've listened to Randy talk about how dishonest the wolf humpers were during the reintroduction and later the delisting process. I really wish they would have included some discussion about that, as it seems it's the same thing happening with the grizzly delisting.

Is there any way to control exploding wolf populations without utilizing trapping and poisoning?

I spoke to a bio in Idaho last year and he advised that is the only way to control their populations . Of course very few states or Canada will allow this.

A lot of great moose, elk and deer hunting has been destroyed by the exploding wolf populations and all the anti hunting groups filing lawsuits to shut down any management of wolves. I wonder if Utah, Arizona, Neveda, Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, Nebraska etc want thousands of wolves transplanted their states?


Randy is an intelligent , well intentioned and well spoken representative for sportsman unfortunately we as sportsmen are up against dishonest, immoral and unscrupulous anti hunting, anti
Gun enemies like 60 min in our culture. They don’t conduct themselves with honor and ethics like Randy.Unfortunately the liberal left wing urban influenced media, social media in our culture are very disconnected from our food sources and sound intelligent wildlife management.
