I was using the 103 eld-x. It was a 18 savage tactical so I am guessing 2650? The test barrel for a 24 bolt was 2800. I am building a 20 inch gun and will probably reload the 90 grain ELD-x. Looking forward to some cool numbers. I haven’t shot them with magneto speed yet.

I would say 180 boar. He was a thick one for sure. For sure on the smoker! He was all by himself in the wrong place.

Based on the hogs I have shot, I'm think around 140ish. Though pics. can be deceiving. This wet sow was around 120.

I shot my sow this year with my blackout ‘cuz I could use the Barnes all copper bullet. Hopefully there’ll be some all copper options soon for the ARC. I think an LRX would be perfect.

. I am going to load some 90 grain eld-x but they also have the 90 grain CX. Which I have been shooting in my 6.8 with good luck. Also going to try some 87 grain vmax for yotes.

I’m intrigued with the 87 v max as a coyote round. I haven’t had a gas gun for years but this cartridge has twisted my arm
