I have a mixed lot of 1-2x fired .45-70 brass that has been sized, wet tumbled and primed with what I remember were CCI Large Pistol Primers. These primers work great in a variety of standard->Marlin 45-70 loads. I used to shoot a lot of 45-70 when I had a Marlin, but my only remaining 45-70 is a Springfield Trapdoor, so I don't need much brass with its slow rate of fire.

Going price for new brass seems to be $0.70 - 1.25 + shipping and used isn't too far off from there. I'm pricing these at .55 each for the lot.

383 pieces
$150 Shipped (UPS Ground)

Here's a list of what's included, followed by representative pictures for each headstamp:

  • 29 - WRA (Winchester)
  • 14 - WW (Winchester)
  • 7 - Western

Bump!

Please buy this and save me from the growing desire to buy a Ruger-made Marlin 1895 Trapper.
