.410 Shotgun for Backpacking

Look for a 28g instead.. Ammo cost between 410 and 28 is negligable, but you can get a much higher payload at high velocity with the 28

I got a little Stevens 410 with some of that crazy expensive heavy metal shells for my young kids to hunt turkeys. It is super lightweight and would be great for backpacking.

Bond Arms Snake Charmer if you want light and compact. Just hold on when firing 45LC from it.

Just got one of these for my wife. Its too much gun for her with 2.5" .410 shells.....lord have mercy I cant imagine a 3" .410 load. lol

Also, the grips SUCK.

In my experience If anything is wrong with your aim it has to do with a balance of the gun in your hands.
