I'm looking at getting a Nightforce ATACR in the next few months. I will be mounted on an AR so I'm looking for recommendations on some good 34mm rings or a one piece mount. Are the NF varieties worth it or is there another option that isn't as expensive? Thanks in advance.

For one piece mounts on my ARs I use Larue mounts. For 2 piece rings I use Seekins. Both have served me well. The Seekins would be more for a set and forget set up. The Larue can be taken on /off as needed and hold zero once reattached.

I now prefer seekins rings......or Vortex precision matched pair (which are seekins with vortex branding)

They are the best and cleanest for mine.

I used to like badger ordnance, still do, the "old" gold standard.

Nightforce ultra lite rings are also really good.

I have seekins on a .375 CT Imp. no dramas whatsoever. Also use them on a few smaller calibers.

Thanks guys. I'm buying the scope for an AR platform but may end up swapping some scopes around and putting it on my Ridgeline. Sounds like the Larue unimount is a good option and Seekins for rings. Much appreciated.

My preference for 34mm rings is badger. I have tried the NF and didn't care for them. I run a 1 piece badger mount on my AR with a 4-16 ATACR and regular badger rings and base on my Rem 700 with 5-25 ATACR. The really cool kids are using Spuhr mounts though.
