Sold 30mm "Low" Warne Mountain Tech Rings for Mediums

I have a set of low 30mm Warne Mountain Tech rings , and need some extra height for one of my rifles.

I'd like to trade for the same rings in a "Medium" height, or other quality lightweight 30mm ring that attaches to the rail with a single hex nut with a height-above-rail of 1".
