I have a browning 300wsm. I unfortunately bought it at the start of Covid, so it has been very hard to find ammunition. I want to use it for pig hunting and need copper bullets. I would like to stay in the 165 grain area so I can use the gun to hunt other game also. Was using federal premium Barnes tsx 165 grain. Impossible to find.
Ideas, recommendations?

150 gr, but I've been seeing these Winchesters around lately. The Federal Fusions are also plenty hard for pigs and the 165 gr in them shot well in my x-bolts.

If copper bullets aren't required by local laws, a fragmenting bullet with hard base is fine for hogs. I've killed dozens with a 270 slinging 130 gr Superformance sst rounds. Had a few take a couple steps, but that was it.

Lots of good choices, I’ll add SG Ammo as a place to try and find them, besides the usual Midway USA, Brownell’s, etc. Maybe even time to consider reloading for that caliber. It’s one of my favorites to reload for, I’m using 200gr Hornady ELD-X for mule deer and elk.
