WTS 300 PRC, HCA carbon barrel, Kelbly Light Tactical, XLR Element 4.0 chassis

I have for sale a never-fired 300 PRC with the following specs.

—Kelbly Atlas Lite LA magnum bolt face, nitrided with 20 moa rail, right hand
—HCA carbon fiber wrapped barrel 300 PRC, threaded 5/8x24 with thread protector, finish length 22", 1-9 twist
—XLR Element 4.0 Mg chassis, folding used but in excellent condition with some mild signs of use
—Triggertech Special trigger
—MDT 5 rd 300 PRC magazine

All work on barreled action done by HCA. Test fired by HCA only. I have not fired the barreled action. I did mount a scope on the rail and had to grind down the front lug to clear a March scope.

Weight as you see it is 7.88 lbs.

I will take $3500 shipped from individual to your FFL for it. Actual shipping cost if it has to go from FFL to FFL.
