These are Factory Seconds. The cannelure was added because they either were already loaded or were intended to be loaded as factory ammunition. Some look to be in new condition (the ones laying down) and some show lines where they were pulled from the brass (the one standing up). They do shoot well, I included some photos of groups I shot with them in load development. I purchased a lot of 250 and do not need that many.
