3 Layer Event

Anyone have experience with 3 layer event shell jackets? I have a Neoshell Rab jacket that breathes almost too well. Need something that will cut the wind and be breathable.

I have a 3-layer eVent shell and, like you noticed, it breathes almost too well. It's great. I can throw a stupid-light packable wind-jacket on under it if needed. I use an approx 6oz "Sirocco Wind Shell Jacket." Then, when it stops raining, I still have a wind jacket. =)
