28 nosler vs 300 rum

Just looking for some insight on these 2 cartridges for a long range hunting rifle usually like to use the 175 ish grain bullets for most hunting and would be interested on the trajectory of the two past 1000 yards

IMO apples to oranges..... 7mm or 300 wm? 308 or 7-08? Pick one, both will probably work....

30 cal to 284..... you just happened to pick two hot rounds. If 175ish is your max gr. I would reccomend the 28nos. The rum doesn't really do what it's meant to until your @ 180gr and beyond.

Of the two I only have experience w/ the 300rum in a rem700 and have never stretched it to ranges you're looking at. I would suggest handloading for either (if your not already).
