I would also recommend the Buckmark.

I have one that is damn accurate and fun to shoot. One word of caution - the thing had a FTE every few rounds for the first 100 or so rounds through it. I honestly thought I had gotten a dud and was pretty disappointed... it ended up smoothing out and I haven’t had an issue with it since.

One more tip of the hat to the Browning buckmark. The only other 22 pistol I may add to it would be a s&w 317.

Mk4 22/45 in the lite version for carrying or in the 5.5” bull barrel for lots of range time. With a little work and $80 in parts the triggers can be really good.

I have a MK3 and it’s not that hard to break down but my buddy’s MK4 is incredibly simple, that is why I recommend it.
