These prices are just silly. I get that it's supply vs demand but dang. I just bought 200rds of cci stingers for $6 per hundred at Academy

If you live where there is zero ammo on the shelf then it makes more sense

More days than not there isnt any ammo on the shelves here. But I buy some as I find it (I already have 15K rds of 22) and I bought my daughter a nice .22 pellet rifle to keep her (and I) shooting.
The pellet rifle and several thousand pellets were about the same cost as a couple bricks of 22lr at those prices.

I keep a lot of ammo on hand as I take new young shooters several times a year and my daughter and I both shoot US Steel matches

These prices are crazy, glad I have a decent supply. Wish I had bought up a bunch when it was $8.96 for the 550 Federal bulk years ago. Thought about selling some myself, but two issues...I have no desire to gouge people and 22 is fun to plink with.
