2025 Bird and Dog pics

Back in early September my youngest dog had approximately 10-15 lbs of infected fluid build up in his chest. He spent 10 days at the U of Minnesota for surgery and recovery. He made it out for his first two hunts today and yesterday. He picked up right where a left off last year sticking the first rooster of both days, as well as finding a porcupine on his first hunt back. Never take a good dog for granted.

Nice to see some dead birds from y'all. The pup and I went chukar hunting today. First snow in the area. Not another hunter in site. Perfect weather. Hiked a bazzilion miles in country that is straight up and down with razor bladish rocky slopes. Heard chukars twice in the vicinity, but never jumped or saw any. Anybody ever have this problem? ;)
