2023 Elk Hunting Regs (Colorado)

I have looked everywhere for a 2023 reg book and I can’t find one, probably just my ignorance!! Anyone have any info on OTC archery either sex tags? I’m trying to find a unit I can kill either a bull or a cow. I’m new to this so I’m not sure that’s even an option.

Regulation booklets come out in late Feb.

You could look at the 2022 regs to get a good start
