2019 Athens Lineup

Just saw this on Instagram...

Any members with a local shop that carries Athens? No dealer close to me....Would really like to hear what folks think.

Had a chance to shoot the Altitude last year at the NW Mountain Challenge. Very impressed.

Love the price. In a world where bows prices only go up it is refreshing to see a company focus on value to customers. More money to better products not marketing.

Consumer direct is awesome as well. Especially for someone like me who has no access to dealer.

As for the line up, I think more information needs to be released outside the specs.

The line up seems to favor the shorter ATA’s for speed.

The Ridge 34 looks good, but it looks to lose some speed to the Altitude with about the same ATA. My thinking is the advantage or goal was to balance speed with forgiveness?

Really was hoping to see some product videos and reviews on the standout features of the bow.

I like the direct buy option as well.

I was given a new Athens Solace this year and really like it. It is quiet and has a good smooth draw cycle. My one complaint is with the grip but that is individual preference.
