I went out today with a non resident tag in my pocket to extend my season and managed to locate this 26 1/2 wide 2x3. I was able to line up a big rockpile in front of the buck and me and cut the distance in half real quick. I crawled the last 30 yards around the edge of the pile to a big sage and ranged the buck at 67 yards. the buck turned slightly quarting away and started raking a bush. I quickly drew my bow and when the wind slowed for a second I punched my release and the buck bolted a short distance and started rolling down the hill. man do I love bowhunting and mule deer!View attachment 212
