13 days of pure adrenaline culminated in a two hour battle with this herd bull. This years N-ID bugling season was superb right to the end when this bull presented a 17 yd shot!

Nice bull, that looks like some country I was hunting in north Idaho for a 4 day solo hunt. I had a few big bulls bugling but could not close the deal, so I shot a spike. If your going to hunt that North Idaho country you better bring your big boy pants, it's steep and nasty.
