I think as good as it gets. The 64" shoulder is a little bigger then alot of bags.

I flop around all night with bad shoulders and like these.
I tried a quilt because I flop around so much. And for me these were way better.

I'm a fairly broad guy for my size and side sleep. I don't like to zip my chilkoot all of the way up but otherwise find it plenty roomy for flopping around.

I don't think you can get much wider without going to some of the western mountaineering bags.
