Ok, here it goes. After another injury(just had shoulder surgery)I think I’m going to sell my tent, and finish out my enclosed trailer to use instead, as I use this tent alone 99% of the time.
14x16 water mildew, 4 years old. I know I’m going to miss some things on this list, but this is a good start.

Pole bags, and tent bag
3 hanging hooks for lanterns etc
I have 2 rebuilt 80’s white gas lanterns I would be willing to throw in for an extra cost.
Grommet repair kit and tools
Canvas repair kit with awl
Solar lights for flag pole.
Have another couple bins full of random things that will go with it.
Would like to be at $3,500 for all. Obviously will not ship. I’m in Western Iowa, about 45 minutes east of Omaha, NE. We can talk on price, but I’m likely not budging much, if at all with all that’s coming with it.
Tent canvas itself has a couple tiny burn holes from before I got the rain fly/awning. They were patched and have never had an issue. 1 grommet was replaced/sewed due to me getting excited with a hammer. Other than that, always dried and stored inside. Total use of this thing is probably 25-30 days since new.
