WTS $1100 custom winchester m70 7mag

I have here a 7mag built on a M70 action. It was by (cant remember name) The Real Gunsmith on YouTube . Heavier weight bartlein barrel, muzzle brake, bell and Carlson stock. Action was blueprinted and glass bedded. I was not the one who had the work done, but am friends with the guy that did. I have shot it, and it does shoot quite well. He had the chamber deemed to fit a particularly long load with Berger VLDs. (Have load data). The barrel I believe is not stainless and needs to be finished. Really a good value for a custom rifle, but I understand it's kinda an odd duck and not exactly turn key with needing the barrel finished. (Cerekote?). Any who, maybe it will strike someone's fancy. Its wearing a near new(shot maybe 6 rounds with it, have the box too) Riton RT-S mod 5 6-24x50 FFP with throw lever and sunshade. Has DNZ rings. All that is included at the $1100.
