10yo Daughter’s First Dall Ram

Feeling bit guilty as I somehow missed posting my daughter’s first sheep hunt here in the youth section. My then 10yo Harper was nothing short of a warrior as she scrambled through well over 50 miles of verticals and endless boulder fields before finally scoring her ram. Super special hunt as it was a draw in her namesake region, Mt. Harper, but also a low density sheep area, so she was fortunate on top of all her effort.

Harper’s pack is a custom sized ULA Equipment, their CDT model, that I had them make with X-pac. Super lite, waterproof, and comfy to carry as much weight as she should.

They are based out of Utah and make all their packs there. I have a Catalyst model in s-pack I use for backpack trips where I have to carry a bear can, like the sierras. Had Peter make one of their circuit models in x-pac for my girlfriend last year and she loves it as well. Greta folks that will modify within reason and make it as close to what exactly you want, made in USA, super comfy, super lite, and very durable.
