    .243 deer bullet choice

    I use the Hornady 243 Win 95 gr SST® Superformance® Shot well out of my sons Savage 110 Hunter and have never had any issues with it not doing its job.

    premium vs. new optics- how do you judge ROI and relative quality

    I have the 10X42 El's and I have done the demo Mavens at the same spec. and I can tell the difference in the crispness and light gather at the low light times. Other times I think the Maven B.6 stack up. Just my 2 cents.
