    Packable shooting tripod for daytime predator hunting

    I tried a few tripods and I despise carrying them. I walk a lot though and only day hunt, so they don’t really lend to my style. I swapped to a swagger hunter bipod 42. I really like it’s on the gun so my bag straps can carry my stool. Despite looking goofy, it’s really stable.

    Bobcat Calling tips

    I don’t think it matters at all. I have literally seen a bobcat come in even after playing multiple sets of coyote vocals. I personally haven’t seen them on the same stand, but look up some predator hunting videos and you will see it’s really common.

    Ouachita National Forest - Predator hunt

    I’m traveling to Little Rock, Arkansas for work in late Jan early Feb and I thought I would take the chance to hunt public land there. Anyone have any experience with Ouachita National Forest? Mainly chasing coyotes or the opportunistic bobcat. Looking to spend two days. Thanks!
