Your first deer rifle?

Mine has always shot sub 1” groups with the right ammo less than that. I’ve always shot 100gr ammo out of it. Luckily my rifle has always loved federal power shock and Winchester PowerPoint. You can find it anywhere and it’s always been on the cheaper side. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Alabama public land? Depending on what area you are going the action could be real hot. There are some great maps that show the Alabama ruts( we have several) and they are pretty accurate. I’m in the north west corner, ours hits between Christmas and the 15th of January. Sent from my iPhone...
