    Snack Sticks - What's your preferred grind?

    Last batch I made had fine ground venison, mixed with ground beef chuck from the grocery store (so probably coarse grind). No additional grinding, but did use a hand meat mixer. I would say the texture was identical to some of the professional game sausage I've had in the past.

    YETI Cooler Storage Over Winter

    Trying to make my YETI last as long as possible. I've stored it for the season with a box of baking soda and one of those silica packets that absorb moisture. Does anyone else do this? Or have better ideas? I haven't done anything for the rubber latches, but probably should.
