They’re hard to find, but gamehide makes a good waterproof outer shell/jacket that would probably be good for what you’re looking for. Wear a decent hooded sweatshirt and a base layer underneath and you’ll be solid.

.410 is tough at that range, but when I rabbit hunt I’m either using 4 or 6 shot. You can go the spendy route of tss, but Ive harvested a lot of rabbits with Winchester Super X’s, which are usually the cheapest shells you can find, but like all ammo it’s all so expensive right now.
Love the input of there’s have put in, but I truly think the key to making your spread stand out, is motion. Weather it be mojo spinners, water agitators, a jerk rig with 4-6 dekes on it, or even wind motion decoys get action if you’ve got enough wind. For decoy brands I don’t think it matters...
