    I'd look through the classifieds here. Get what you can in your size and dont worry too much about which of those 3 brands (all are good). Kuiu and First lite have big sales every November. I always plan on getting a peice or two then. Sitka you can find on sale randomly throughout the year...

    first lite at cabelas

    Just a heads up, anybody lucky enough to live in Colorado and be an XL in pants. The Cabelas in Thorton has 4 pairs of the first lite corrugate pants in fusion camo for about $60 in the bargain cave. I wanted SO badly to have them fit me, I'm a medium.

    No, you can't come back and buy an otc rifle bull tag if you bought an either sex archery tag. They are both listed as A licenses, you can only have one A license and one B license (cow tag). So if you were to buy an archery otc cow tag then you can buy an otc rifle tag.

    I moved from San Luis Obispo to Colorado about 5 years ago, I miss the surf and the quail hunting but love to hunt elk within 45 minutes from home. Where are you both from? Where have you guys been hunting? I hunted fort hunter liggett as well as the big sur area for a few years

    Anything by John Geirach, I really enjoyed Meat eater and A scavengers guide by Steven Rinella. The last Buffalo hunter by Jake Mosher is a really good one too.

    I like eastmans bowhunting journal, rokslide and the journal of mountain hunting(its only a few months old and online only). This website is hard to compete with, when it comes to content though!
