I would figure out a split that hits each muscle group at least twice a week. Once a week isn't doing much for you IMO, in terms of muscular endurance or gains. For me personally, my body has responded well to chest/arms and legs/back splits. Monday/Wednesday I'm doing chest and arms and...
Hi everyone, got a question on glassing. I'm hunting a notoriously rough, steep unit with a muzzleloader and I have several glassing locations picked out that I have actually been to as well. The situation I find myself in, is that I have one that is almost perfect. Much higher than the...
Hey everyone, as my New Mexico muzzleloader hunt draws closer I'm really starting to overthink my load. My CVA wolf loves Hornady Boredriver FTX's (290 gr.) over two white hots and is very accurate out to 100 yards (my personal max distance) and punched a hole through a cow elk at about 50 yards...
Hey all, I drew the second muzzleloader bull hunt for unit 17 in New Mexico. I'm very familiar with the unit having turkey hunted there and I killed a cow in there last year. My question is for anyone who has had this hunt in the past - are the bulls still bugling or should I not worry too much...
Gotta find a split that works for you and more importantly, one you can do consistently. Make sure to incorporated some of the compound lifts, especially squats and deadlifts as these will strengthen a lot of your stabilizing muscles which will protect your back. Me personally, I like to do a...
I mean, it's like anything else, it has its place. I'm not saying ONLY fish tenkara but for blue lines or backpacking trips it certainly has advantages over western style rods.
I have an EABCO Peep Rib on my CVA Wolf with the factory front peg. I'm looking for something that will take up a smaller portion of the sight picture out to 100-125 yards.
I would suggest Tenkara for blue lines, honestly. The DragonTAIL Mizuchi would be my vote for a Tenkara beginner rod. Can fish at three different lengths and isn't super stiff or super soft so it's easy to learn how to cast.
