I went from 5 fixed pins to a 3 pin slider. I liked it so much I bought a second one. Bought both off the classifieds here.
They’re the triple stack Spot Hogg. I ain’t going back.
Convince you?…..sounds like you’re already convinced. But ok…..I’ll try.
There ain’t a man in your family……you ain’t got a hair on your ass, if you don’t shoot a sub 6 pound 300RUM….WITHOUT a muzzle brake…..just to do it.
Ask me how I know. Haha.
I have a Badlands bino harness, and it has a little hook that’s perfect for hanging a bow by the D-loop. I don’t feel the added weight since I’m already shouldering a pack.
Now, I have an Exo K3 pack with a hipbelt pouch on the left. And if I don’t wanna use my bino harness, I just set the...
I’ve only hunted 2 seasons. First was 3rd rifle, last year was archery. I downloaded his app a week or so ago. I’m having a blast watching his vids. Good on him for sharing his knowledge.

I thought about trying a thumb release, but I have an anchor that I don’t think would allow me to. The first knuckle of my index finger has a home under my earlobe. So I just opted to get a good index release(Spot Hogg Wiseguy) as an upgrade to my cheap ones. I like it. But, I have some...
I have one. I like it. I have a really loose grip and don’t want to jump the shot and grab it, torquing the bow in the process. May be mental, but I’m leaving mine on.
I’m shooting the same bow and had the same issue with Blazers and Max Stealths. Not as bad with the Stealths. I just rotated the nock a few degrees, just enough for clearance on my cables. I didn’t want to rotate too much, since my arrows were spine aligned with the cock vane. Still shoots...
