Sorry to hear that it happened to you too. I considered switching to another company too but my experience wasn't terrible besides the long wait for Hoyt to warranty it. My local shop got it warrantied and I had it back in 1 month.
I’ve only tried 4 of their meals. I never had a problem with the taste. A couple extra dollars per meal isn’t exactly breaking the bank. I’ll have to give these other recommendations a try
Wow I didn’t realize how many people dislike Heathers Choice. It’s better than Peak. I need something clean with low ingredients. Peak and the other main brands are full of crap.
I’ll have to give Gastro Gnome and the others a try. Why does everyone not like Heathers Choice? I don’t eat the...
Try some different socks. Double layer anti blister socks.
Ive got about 200 miles on the Crispi Colorados without a single blister. I’ve worn double layer socks and regular hiking socks. I put some cheap insoles in them too (superfeet trailblazers)
I would sign up for OnX or one of the other GPS hunting apps. There are a lot of good features for e-scouting. Get familiar with reading topo maps.
Get away from the roads/trails and find water
I was wondering the same thing. I’m thinking about getting the AquaQuest Guide tarp for $110. I was looking at the Free Soldier tarp too, but I’m leaning towards the AquaQuest since it’s lighter.
$375 TYD (open to offers)
Includes vestibule, mesh insert and footprint. All the stakes, sacks and extras are included too
I will not piece out anything I’m selling it as a whole
Selling this for my dad. It’s only been slept in 5 times. It’s in perfect condition. He has a hard time getting in...
Wow that’s crazy. Good to know and keep an eye on in the future. In my case, the mod screw sheared off. It’s been sent to Hoyt for warranty work I won’t be paying anything out of pocket.
Wrong again. No adjustments were made to the bow since it was purchased in December. Never dropped and no dry fires.
I just left the shop. They said they have had this issue with the same model Hoyt. Said it was the mod screw. They’re sending it in for warranty work
