After I harvest a deer I peel it and mill most of it into sausage. I may julienne some into jeky too.
I also love a day out on the water. Nothing beats picking some fresh tuna. After I husk ‘em I always knead some with celery and mayonnaise, it makes a great salad.
That sounds possible- I won’t deny my personal skepticism, but that sounds more reasonable than prior explanations I’ve heard which invoked special bore pastes polishing the throat etc.
@SchwarzStock ok, this has been bugging me about the barrel break-in concept… I can get on board with the polishing concept, removing microscopic burs and whatnot for better accuracy makes sense. But when I think of the force involved in pushing a bullet through the barrel… how are we going to...
Running a retrax on my ‘21 Ranger. Some water leaks by tailgate, but nothing substantial. Canister does take up space, I have a couple gear bags under it because there’s nowhere else to store gear in the truck. Bed space is limited, not that it was generous to begin with.

"You can't switch between lead core bullets and mono copper bullets. The fouling will mess up your accuracy. If you want to switch you'll need to bring the rifle in for a deep cleaning to remove all the copper before you start shooting lead. We charge $250 for that."
I said, but the lead is...
Not uncommon to feel some apathy after you’ve “made it”. Sounds like you’ve got a good job, explore ways to add meaning on the side before you kill the golden goose!
